Project Overview
In July 2025, Access Control Resources & Solutions Ltd successfully deployed a Time Attendance Management System integrated with HRFlex across 28 I-Fitness Gym & Wellness Centre locations in Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, and Ibadan.
The objective was to centralize workforce attendance tracking across multiple fitness branches and link attendance data directly to HRFlex for seamless human resource and payroll management.
The goal was to modernize workforce attendance tracking and visitor registration processes, ensuring consistency, transparency, and operational efficiency across all branches.
Our Solution
Access Control Resources & Solutions Ltd designed and implemented a centralized biometric attendance system that connects all 28 branches through a unified cloud infrastructure.
Key Deployments Included:
- Biometric Attendance Devices: Installed at each location to accurately record staff clock-in and clock-out times.
- Centralized Management Dashboard: Provided HR administrators with a unified view of attendance data across all branches.
- Integration with HRFlex: Automated data synchronization between attendance records and HRFlex software for payroll and workforce management.
- Multi-Location Connectivity: Enabled real-time monitoring and report generation from the head office, ensuring consistent oversight.
Outcome
The integration of time attendance management with HRFlex provided I-Fitness with a transparent, efficient, and scalable workforce management system.
